Dr. Noel Dassanayake is a senior lecturer in Chinese language in the Department of Languages of Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka who has extensive knowledge and experience in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. He has been a member of the syllabus revision team and Teachers Guide for Chinese Language at the National Institute of Education in Sri Lanka and has, undergone teacher training at Chongqing Normal University, Beijing International Chinese College and Honghe University of China.
